This cake is made with semolina flour AND almond flour. Before it goes in the oven, its generously topped almond flakes to give it a crunch. The ‘icing’ on this cake is condensed milk drizzle, adding a layer of sweetness (not to forget a shine). The result is a light, moist, and not overly sweet cake. This cake is our go to dessert for any gathering (especially big ones as it feeds 6-8 people).
